On 11 August, the 2014 China (Qinghai) Tibetan Carpet International Exhibition and Silk Road Carpet Fair hosted by the Ministry of Commerce and Qinghai Provincial People's Government came to a successful conclusion. The theme of this exhibition is outstanding, distinctive, highlights, fruitful, on-site trading contract orders and intention to sign amounted to 122 million U.S. dollars, an increase of 20 per cent over the previous session, the on-site trading volume of 52.91 million U.S. dollars, an increase of 30 per cent over the previous session.

Reporters learned from yesterday's press conference held by the organising committee, the exhibition to "exchange, cooperation, innovation, development" as the theme, the relevant state ministries and commissions, domestic foreign business associations, brother provinces and municipalities of the business sector and the strong support of the relevant enterprises.
